Abrasive Films
Precisely graded minerals such as Diamond, Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Silica and Cerium. Polishing parameters such as removal rate, durability and superior surface quality. Abrasive films consisting PET, metal, cloth or other backing substrate, binder with different hardness for different applications and use.
Customers can order abrasive films at any shape and size; with/without PSA (adhesive backing), or Velcro backing. Special abrasive orders, Custom-Made, has longer lead time and minimum order qty.
Diamond lapping films (DIA)
Provide consistent high quality surface finish in lapping app´ such as any optical components, metallographic samples preparation, glass, metal and ceramic polishing, ensuring high quality surface, longer life time, repeatable and consistent polishing results. Good for all polishing and lapping steps.
