Diamond Polishing Compound

Diamond Polishing Compounds Made by KNORITECH are efficient, easier, faster, robust, and cost-effective. The high-quality diamonds which has optimum cutting shape are mixed in Active-Compound with excellent polishing results, fast and easy material removal, marks removal, oxidation removal, and advance surface finish.
The products are sold to Leading Companies, Manufactures, Suppliers and End-users, implement in different industries, production-lines and in end-user applications. Each grit size is number coded for easy identification, conveniently packaged in disposable syringes (5-50g) or disposable tubes (250-1,000gr).

Monocrystalline Diamond Polishing Compound

Grade Sizes (micron): 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45.
The Monocrystalline Diamond Polishing Compounds are the most common diamond Compounds in the market. They have many uses, processing and polishing different materials such as Ceramic, Metals and Alloys, Optics, Glass (all types), Minerals, Gemstones, Carbide Dies, Carbide Seals, Metallurgical Specimens, polishing and sharpening Metal Blades, soft to hard Alloys, Gaskets, Optical-Components, Composites, Marble, Stones, Chef’s-Knives, Scissors (professionals-type), and many more.

Knoritech market the Diamond Compounds in 3 diamond grit concentrations 11%, 26% and 50%. For Quantities higher than 250g the Diamond Concentration (%) in the Compound can be manufactured according to customer specifications.

Packages (g): Syringe:  5, 10, 20 and 50g and HDPE Tube: 250 – 1,000g

Polycrystal Diamond Polishing Compound

Grade Sizes (micron): 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30.

Polycrystalline Diamond Polishing Compound provides better surface finish than monocrystalline diamond Compound. The Polycrystalline Diamond Compound has higher removal rates with self-sharpening abrasive and higher uniformity of the surface finish.

The Polycrystalline diamond grit has harder and tougher particles – blocky shaped, hexagonal microcrystals that are equally hard in all directions, with more cutting points and no abrasion-resistance directionality (abrasion independent of particle orientation)

Mainly uses are for high-end processes such as Sapphire-Crystals, Spacecraft-Windows, Optical Applications, Luxury-Watches, Optical Systems that meet extreme environmental conditions (such as Missiles and Aircraft-Pods), polishing Knives, Diamonds, Gemstones, Ceramics, Metals, and other materials.
